Trap Range

Oakdale Gun Club features an ATA regulation trap range with 16- through 27-yard shooting stations, an electric trap machine for competition and serious practice, and manual trap machines for training and light practice.

Open Hours Shooting

During public hours the trap range is staffed and open to the general public from 8am - 4pm. This is one of our most popular ranges and shooting is on a first-come, first-served basis, so show up early or call ahead before driving out in the late afternoon.

Non-member fee: $7 per round (25 clays)

Wednesday Novice Trap

Shooting begins at 4pm and ends 1/2 hour before sunset. Novice Trap is open to the public. It is intended for those who would like to learn about trapshooting, instruction from experienced shooters is available each night, and this offers an opportunity to practice with much less competition than Thursday nights.

Non-member fee: $7 per round (25 clays)

Thursday Night Open Trap

As the name suggests Thursday Night Open Trap shoots every Thursday evening, from 4pm until 1/2 hour before sunset. This informal league is open to the public, but the competition while friendly, can get pretty intense.

Non-member fee: $7 per round (25 clays)
